Jim Shackelford is President/CEO of JCS Information Systems, an Information Technology (IT) company providing businesses with the technology support required to operate successfully in today's changing environment. Before creating JCS Jim worked for NASA, Xerox, and Wang Labs. JCS has been providing IT solutions to area businesses since 1988. Jim holds BS in Computer Science also a MBA in Information Technology. We provide the assistance that you need to ensure that your information Technology needs are met now and in the future. We provide a full range of services covering needs such as assessing the effectiveness of a currently implemented computer system or web site, designing and deploying a new computer network, enabling internet connectivity, and developing of software solutions. Jim is also a certified professional photographer (CPP) and graphics designer with over 30 years of experience and is a regular contributor to many print magazine publications and online applications. His assignments have taken him to some of the world's most beautiful and challenging environments and have brought him face to face with a diversity of wildlife in many U.S. states and several continents. He was recently invited to Rome, Italy where he photographed in and around the Vatican and travel to Milano, Florence and Istanbul, Turkey also Athens, Greece photographing many historical sites and documenting information for publication. He has traveled to Germany, England, and France on different assignments, as well as many Caribbean islands for both business and pleasure. He enjoys all types of photography Portraits, Wildlife, Family, Sports, Musical Entertainment, School, Church and Theatre.
