It is through these experiences and relationships that she created Retro-P Consulting Group which provides “wrap-around” services and individualized programming for local school districts and organizations. She holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership/Program Design and is a proud Alumnae of Bennett College. She has acquired several licensures and certifications in areas related to school leadership, business operations, restorative justice practices and human resources. However, she attributes her ability to develop lasting relationships with her students, families, and colleagues as the most valued factor towards her successes.
